Martha Settle
Martha graduated with a 1st in Popular Music in 2016 and brought her many talents to the CAS family almost immediately after, first stepping into the rights management team before making the transfer to Sync full time in 2021. Martha’s practical musicianship and knowledge, alongside her copyright savvy, means she has the perfect combination of creativity and industry insight, which lends itself to the stellar work she has delivered across all media disciplines.

Aside from all things musical, she is a confirmed petrol head, so if you want to discuss the latest F1 developments, then she is your person!
Licensing & Operations Manager
Tom Paul
Tom has a breadth of experience across the music and entertainment industries, with previous stints at UMG, Disney Music and Decca Records under his belt. His time spent in music partnerships in particular ensures not only that sync placements are always a great creative match, but that they make sense commercially too. Some of the multimedia projects Tom has been involved with include Barbie, Conclave, Baby Reindeer, Amazon and Rolex.
He has a healthy appreciation for most genres but his specialisms in classics, jazz and score have been especially well suited to bespoke projects that demand a keen ear for musicianship and composition. Tom is an avid skier and self-confessed film geek (who spends a large part of his free time trawling Letterboxd).
